Who uses these tools
Only the operator. The tools are not meant to be used by anyone else. They connect to social media accounts the operator owns; no other person can sign in, connect an account or have data processed.
What data is processed
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for the operator's own accounts on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, used to upload posts and read their statistics.
- Content the operator has created for publishing: video files, captions, titles, tags and schedules.
- Public performance statistics of the operator's own posts, such as views, likes and comments counts.
No data about viewers, followers or any third party is collected, and no personal data of other people is requested from the platforms.
Where it is stored
On a server rented and administered by the operator in the European Union, behind authenticated access. Tokens are stored only to the extent required to keep the connections working and are deleted when a connection is removed.
Sharing
Nothing is sold, shared or transferred to anyone. Data flows only between the operator's server and the platform APIs named above, under those platforms' terms.
Google API Services
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tools request YouTube upload, read-only and analytics scopes solely to publish the operator's own videos and read their statistics.
Deleting data
The operator can revoke access at any time in the platform's account settings, which invalidates the stored tokens, and can delete all stored content and statistics directly on the server.
